Had a visit to see Fiona yesterday, she is amazing. Lovely to talk too, happy and friendly. She really helped my back and neck which have been giving me bother for weeks. I can move without fear and the dull ache the rest of the time has disappeared. When I think of all the years I would put up with the pain or go to the Dr., never again!
